Documents



We have created a section for both the administrator and employee to upload necessary documents for the company such as IDs, licenses, contracts, etc.

As an administrator, you need to navigate to the employee's profile to attach a document, such as the employment contract:



  • Navigate to the Menu

  • Click on Documents

  • Select a team member, and you'll be able to view and upload documents




The administrator should click on the 'View Categories' option, where you will find the option to create, edit, and delete document categories. Up to 3 additional categories can be created.



  • The employee can upload the documents requested by the administrator, such as ID or license.
  • Navigate to the Menu

  • Select Documents

  • Click on the category that has the option to upload documents

  • Select a file that is less than 1MB in size

  • Click on Upload




If you want to delete an uploaded document, you just need to select the new file, and it will automatically replace the previous one.
