1.- It's asking me to enable location even though it's already active on my phone
It is recommended:
Activate and deactivate airplane mode on your phone. If the issue persists
Please review the following:
The energy-saving mode on your phone may prevent the GPS from activating
The internet connection or data is not good
The device is Huawei (more info here)
2- Can I set multiple locations for my employees?
You can create multiple schedules with different locations and assign your employees to these schedules.
3.- How can I invite an employee to join the app?
There are two options to invite an employee, in the section >Team> +
Individually. Generate a username and password using the employee's data
Share the Company PIN with your employees
4- How do I create a schedule?
Menu / Schedules / Set up the type of schedule and assign it to the employees
5- Where can I see the attendance report and download it?
Tab "Reports," here you can view the daily report along with its GPS location
The reports are downloadable from the button at the top right corner. They can be daily, monthly, weekly and in PDF or Excel format. The document will be sent via email.
6.- How can I edit my profile?
To edit your profile, you can go to the Menu and update your job profile or make adjustments in your account settings.
7.- Can I install the app on a tablet or computer?
The app is indeed available for tablets. With the Kronio Klock option, you can download the app on a tablet so all employees can clock in using facial recognition. The web app will be available soon!
8.- You have entered an incorrect password
Reset your password and avoid using spaces. Recover it with your email.
9.- I don't remember my username
Select the option "Forgot my username" and choose a method to recover it.
10- How much does the app cost?
The app has a free version, limited to only 4 employees. You can purchase the Premium version to have access to all features without any limitations., Check out our prices.
