I already invited an employee, but it still shows that they are not registered

If that's not the case, then:
The user should check if they haven't removed it from <Deleted Employees>. Here's how you do it:
Navigate to Team > click on the three dots in the upper right corner > Deleted Employees > select the employee / click on the three buttons in the corner of each name/
Click on 'Reassign employee to Company'
In the case that the employee is not deleted, you should verify if the employee has already logged into the application to confirm their account.
