I can't clock in; it says I am outside my scheduled working hours

It's important to verify that you are assigned to a schedule:

Menu > Schedules


If the schedule is correct, it's possible that a time zone change occurred, and that's why the clock-in hasn't been enabled yet

Reboot the device


Check your time zone: Go to Menu > Settings > Preferences > Time Zone
